What to know before you book
These are the questions people ask before a first consultation: what it costs, how the session works technically, what happens to your data, and what is worth asking the cards at all.
One answer belongs at the top. Sessions are currently held in Russian only, so you need to be comfortable talking in Russian. Everything else on this page assumes that.
Price and payment
The rate is per minute and the same for all three readers: 1 euro a minute. The total is shown in the booking form before you pay.
How a session works
You talk in your browser through a private link. Nothing to install, no phone call, no messenger app, no phone number.
Privacy and data
Booking asks for a name and an email address. The site runs without cookies or third-party trackers, and the binding wording sits in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions
What language are the sessions held in?
Russian only, for now. The site is available in five languages, but the consultation itself is a conversation in Russian. We are not going to promise a date for other languages.
How much does a consultation cost?
1 euro per minute, or 100 roubles per minute if you pay in roubles. You choose the length, from 7 to 60 minutes, so the total is simply minutes times the per-minute rate: 7 minutes is 7 euros, 30 minutes is 30 euros, an hour is 60 euros.
Are there hidden charges?
No. The full amount appears in the booking form before you pay. The only things that cost more are things you pick yourself: using several decks in one session adds 10 euros.
How can I pay?
By card in euros, in crypto (Bitcoin, USDT and others), or in roubles. You choose the method in the booking form and the total is recalculated at once. Payment comes first: the session link appears after the payment goes through.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Payment, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the public offer at /offer. We do not paraphrase them here: the offer is the binding text and a summary would only drift from it. A successful payment means you accept that offer.
Is there a free first reading?
No. There are no trial minutes, no gift sessions and no free spreads. The cheapest honest way to test the format is the shortest session: 7 minutes, which is 7 euros.
What actually happens during the session?
At the time you booked you open your private link in a browser and talk to your reader by voice, one to one. You say what you want to look at, she lays out a spread for that question and works through the cards with you. It ends when your paid minutes end.
Do I need to install anything?
No. No app, no messenger, no phone call: it all happens on the session page in your browser. We do not ask for a phone number.
Will I be on camera?
No. The session is voice only: there is no video in it, and the reader does not see you.
Where do I get the session link?
After a successful payment the link appears on the booking page itself, and the same link is emailed to the address you gave. It is private: only you and your reader are in that session.
What if my connection drops or I am late?
The link stays in your inbox and on the booking page, so you can open it again. Anything to do with time and money in that situation is covered by the public offer at /offer. For technical failures, write to support@key2yourself.com.
How do I choose a reader?
There are three: Cassandra, Pythia and Sibyl. You pick one when you book. The format, the rate and the available lengths are identical, so if you have no preference, any of them will do.
Can I choose the deck?
Yes. The booking form offers 17 decks, and you can leave the choice to the reader. Two of them are marked 18+. Working with several decks in one session adds 10 euros.
Who can see what I talk about?
The consultation is private: you and the reader, over a link that is published nowhere. Booking needs only a name and an email address, no phone number and no documents. What happens with that data is set out in the privacy policy at /privacy.
Is the session recorded?
Everything about how session data is handled is written in the privacy policy at /privacy. We do not settle this question with a separate sentence here, so that it cannot drift from the policy text. Precise questions can go to privacy@key2yourself.com.
Do you track me on this site?
Site statistics are cookieless and hold no personal data: a visitor is counted as a daily-salted hash of IP and browser, not as a person. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels. There is no newsletter either, so the only email is about your booking.
Does Tarot predict the future?
No, and we do not claim it does. A spread shows how a situation looks from several sides, which motives and options are in it, and which part of it depends on you. The decision, and the responsibility for it, stay with you.
What should I not ask about?
Diagnoses, medication, the outcome of a court case, where to put your money: anything that needs a qualified professional. This is a consultation for self-reflection, not medical, psychological, legal or financial help. Those questions belong with a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or a financial adviser, not with cards.
Do you do spells, curse removal or cleansings?
No. One thing is sold on this site: a conversation with a spread, for the number of minutes you booked. Nobody in a session will tell you that you are cursed and that a ritual costs extra, because no such service exists here.
Can I ask about another person?
You can ask about your own situation, including the part another person plays in it, and about your own options. What a spread does not give is access to someone else's thoughts or decisions, and it is no substitute for talking to them.
What if the cards say something bad?
The decks are full of grim pictures and short on verdicts. The point is to see what a situation is made of, not to receive a sentence. How far you go into an uncomfortable subject is something you decide out loud, as you go.
How should I phrase my question and how long should I book?
One or two concrete questions work best: what should I take into account, what am I not seeing, what are my options. Yes or no questions work worst. For a single question 7 to 15 minutes is enough (Spark), 20 to 35 to go through a situation calmly (Compass), 40 to 60 for several connected threads (Key).
